Orders & Shipping
Yes — we ship worldwide via FedEx and DHL. International orders typically clear customs within 3–5 business days.
We ship via FedEx; delivery typically takes 9–10 business days.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that the order enters our fulfilment pipeline and changes are no longer possible.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed over a secure SSL connection.
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL and processed by Stripe & PayPal — we never store your card details.
Yes — we support Klarna and Afterpay at checkout so you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
Returns & Exchanges
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Log into your account, go to Order History, and click "Request Return". We will email you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Yes. Select "Exchange" instead of "Refund" when starting your return request and choose the new size. We will ship the replacement as soon as the original is in transit.
Product & Quality
Every pair is built with premium full-grain leather and aerospace-grade materials. All items pass a 27-point quality inspection before leaving our warehouse.
Every pair comes with a certificate of authenticity and a unique serial number.
We recommend using a soft brush for daily cleaning and applying a leather conditioner once a month. Avoid submerging in water.
